Endomyxa adalah sebuah kelompok dari organisme eukaryotik pada supergrup Rhizaria.^[8][9][10] Awalnya kelompok ini dijadikan sebagai sebuah subfilum di Cerozoa, lalu belakangan sebagai subfilum Retaria. Namun, beberapa analisis menunjukkan bahwa mereka secara filogenetis merupakan garis keturunannya sendiri, dan sekarang dianggap sebagai filumnya sendiri.^[11][12]
