Maxburretia adalah genus yang terdiri dari tiga spesies palem langka yang ditemukan di Thailand selatan dan Semenanjung Malaysia.[1] Genus ini dinamai untuk menghormati Max Burret (1883–1964), seorang ahli botani asal Jerman.[2][3][4][5]
