Colpothrinax adalah genus palem yang berasal dari Amerika Tengah dan Karibia. Genus ini merupakan anggota subfamili Coryphoideae, tribus Trachycarpeae, meskipun penempatannya dalam subtribus belum pasti berdasarkan DNA plastida.[1]
