Ptychosperma halmaherense Heatubun | |
Jailoloa adalah genus palem (keluarga Arecaceae), dalam subtribus Ptychospermatinae. Genus ini hanya memiliki satu spesies yang saat ini diterima, yaitu Jailoloa halmaherensis, yang merupakan tanaman asli Kepulauan Maluku.[3] Tanaman ini hanya tumbuh di tanah ultramafik. Spesies ini saat ini hanya diketahui dari lokalitas tipe-nya di Halmahera Timur.[4]
