Northeast Corridor (umumnya disingkat NEC) adalah sebuah jalur kereta api purna listrik milik Amtrak yang melayani megalopolis Timur Laut Amerika Serikat dari Boston di utara, melintasi New York menuju Washington, D.C. di selatan, dengan cabang-cabangnya melayani kota-kota lain. Jalur ini digunakan oleh Acela Express dan Northeast Regional antara New York dan Washington plus rute Amtrak lainnya selain layanan kereta komuter dan angkutan kereta barang.

NEC, yang sejajar dengan Interstate 95 pada sebagian besar jalurnya, adalah jalur kereta api tersibuk di Amerika Serikat menurut jumlah penumpang dan frekuensi layanan.^[1] Acela, yang beroperasi tahun 2000 sekaligus satu-satunya layanan kereta berkecepatan tinggi di Amerika Serikat, beroperasi dengan kecepatan 186 mph (299 km/h) pada sebagian rutenya, sehingga waktu tempuh antara New York dan Washington mencapai 2 jam dan 48 menit; pada sebagian besar rutenya, kecepatan dibatasi hingga di bawah 110 mph (180 km/h). Berbagai rencana telah dipersiapkan untuk proyek senilai $117 miliar (dolar 2010) untuk mengurangi waktu tempuh New York–Washington hingga 96 menit dan Boston–New York hingga 84 menit.^[2][3]
