Mufti Agung Jerusalem (Arab: المفتي العام للقدس) adalah ulama Muslim Sunni yang mengurusi tempat-tempat suci Islam di Yerusalem, termasuk Al-Aqsa.[1] Jabatan tersebut dibentuk oleh pemerintahan militer Inggris pimpinan Ronald Storrs pada 1918.[2][3] Sejak 2006, jabatan tersebut dipegang oleh Muhammad Ahmad Hussein, yang diangkat oleh Presiden Palestina, Mahmoud Abbas.
