Spathantheum adalah genus tumbuhan berbunga dalam famili Araceae. Genus ini terdiri dari dua spesies, Spathantheum fallax dan Spathantheum orbignyanum. Spathantheum diyakini berkerabat dekat dengan Spathicarpa. Genus ini endemik di Andes, meliputi Peru, Bolivia, dan Argentina bagian utara, serta ditemukan tumbuh di padang rumput dengan tanah berbatu.[1][2][3]
