Jessica Claire Timberlake (née Biel /biːl/; lahir 3 Maret 1982) adalah seorang aktris Amerika. Biel memulai kariernya sebagai vokalis yang tampil dalam produksi musikal hingga ia berperan sebagai Mary Camden dalam serial drama keluarga 7th Heaven (1996–2007).[2]
Pada tahun 1997, Biel memenangkan Young Artist Award atas perannya dalam film drama Ulee's Gold. Dia mendapat pengakuan lebih lanjut atas peran utamanya sebagai Erin Hardesty dalam pembuatan ulang film horor The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003). Biel kemudian membintangi The Rules of Attraction (2002), Blade: Trinity (2004), Stealth (2005), The Illusionist (2006), I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry (2007), Valentine's Day (2010), The A-Team (2010), New Year's Eve (2011), Total Recall (2012), dan Hitchcock (2012).
