Kolibri-kilau dada-ungu^[3] (Heliodoxa leadbeateri) adalah spesies burung kolibri dalam tribus Heliantheini di subfamili Lesbiinae. Spesies ini dijumpai di Bolivia, Kolombia, Ekuador, Peru, dan Venezuela.^[4][5]

Deskripsi

Kolibri-kilau dada-ungu memiliki panjang 11 hingga 13 cm (4,3 hingga 5,1 in). Jantan berbobot 7,1 hingga 8,5 g (0,25 hingga 0,30 oz) sementara betina 6,6 hingga 7,5 g (0,23 hingga 0,26 oz). Baik jantan maupun betina memiliki paruh hitam berukuran sedang, hampir lurus, garis putih di pipi, dan bintik putih kecil di belakang mata. Keduanya memiliki ekor bercabang, tetapi ekor betina tidak terlalu berlekuk dibandingkan ekor jantan.^[6]
