RSHA atau Reichssicherheitshauptamt, pelafalan[ˈʁaɪ̯çsˌzɪçɐhaɪ̯t͡sˌhaʊ̯ptʔamt]^ⓘ (Kantor Pusat Keamanan Reich atau Kantor Utama Keamanan Reich^[a])^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5] adalah sebuah organisasi subordinat dari Heinrich Himmler dalam kapasitas gandanya sebagai Chef der Deutschen Polizei (Ketua Polisi Jerman) dan Reichsführer-SS. Organisasi tersebut digunakan untuk melawan seluruh "musuh-musuh Reich" di dalam dan di luar perbatasan Jerman Nazi.

RSHA dibuat oleh Reichsführer-SS Himmler pada 27 September 1939.

Secara etimologi, Amt berarti kantor, haupt berarti pusat/utama, sicherheit berarti keamanan, dan Reich merujuk pada rezim Jerman saat itu. Berdasarkan Hukum D-M dalam tata bahasa Indonesia, urutan kata dibalik dimulai dari kata benda intinya (Amt/Kantor) sehingga menjadi "Kantor Pusat Keamanan Reich".
