Jalur Piccadilly /ˌpɪkəˈdɪli/ adalah salah satu jalur London Underground, berwarna biru tua di peta. Jalur ini merupakan jalur tersibuk keempat di jaringan Underground, dengan jumlah penumpang tahunan mencapai 210.000.000. Dari 53 stasiun yang ada, 25 diantaranya berada di bawah tanah. Beberapa stasiunnya juga digunakan oleh jalur Distrik dan jalur Metropolitan. Jalur ini banyak melewati tempat-tempat menarik bagi wisatawan, diantaranya Harrods, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square dan Covent Garden, juga London Heathrow Airport, bandara tersibuk di Eropa.
