Jalur Kaluzhsko–Rizhskaya (bahasa Rusia:Калу́жско-Ри́жская ли́ния, IPA: [kɐˈluʂskəˈrʲiʂskəjəˈlʲinʲɪjə]) adalah jalur kereta milik jaringan Metro Moskow, yang awalnya dibuka sebagai 2 jalur terpisah, Rizhskaya dan Kaluzhskaya, yang dibuka pada 1958 dan 1962. Pada tahun 1971 kedua jalur ini digabungkan menjadi satu ketika stasiun yang menghubungkan Oktyabrskaya dengan Prospekt Mira diselesaikan. Berwarna jingga pada peta dengan nomor jalur 6.
