Jacqueline Margaret Kay, CBE,FRSE,FRSL (lahir 9 November 1961), adalah seorang penyair, pengarang drama, dan novelis Skotlandia yang dikenal karena karya-karyanya Other Lovers (1993), Trumpet (1998) dan Red Dust Road (2011).^[1]^[2] Kay memenangkan sejumlah penghargaan, yang meliputi Guardian Fiction Prize pada 1998 dan Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust Book of the Year Award pada 2011.^[3]^[4]
