Cyperochloeae adalah tribus kecil dari rumput-rumputan dalam anak suku Panicoideae, yang ditemukan di Australia. Tribus ini hanya memiliki dua spesies dalam dua marga monotipik, Cyperochloa dan Spartochloa.^[1] Cyperochloeae merupakan saudara dari tribus Thysanolaeneae^[2]. Kedua tribus ini, bersama dengan Centotheceae, Steyermarkochloeae, Tristachyideae, Zeugiteae, dan Chasmanthieae, membentuk klad monofiletik yang bersaudara dengan sisa anggota Panicoideae lainnya^[2]. Mereka menggunakan jalur fotosintesis C₃.^[3]
