Yochai Benkler (/ˈjoʊxaɪ/; kelahiran 1964) adalah seorang pengarang Israel-Amerika dan Berkman Professor of Entrepreneurial Legal Studies di Harvard Law School. Ia juga merupakan salah satu direktur fakultas Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society di Universitas Harvard.
