Vardanes I adalah seorang raja Kekaisaran Partia dari 40 sampai 46 Masehi. Ia merupakan pewaris takhta dari ayahnya Artabanus II (m. 12–40), namun terus bertikai dengan saudaranya Gotarzes II, seorang saingan pengklaim takhta. Masa kekuasaan Vardanes yang pendek berakhir kala ia dibunuh saat berburu oleh sekelompok bangsawan Parthia.
