Patrick Hamilton (1504 – 29 Februari 1528) adalah seorang pendeta Skotlandia dan seorang Reformator Protestan awal di Skotlandia. Dia melakukan perjalanan ke Eropa, di mana dia bertemu dengan beberapa pemikir reformasi terkemuka, sebelum kembali ke Skotlandia untuk berkhotbah. Dia diadili sebagai bidat oleh Uskup Agung James Beaton, dinyatakan bersalah dan diserahkan kepada otoritas sekuler untuk dibakar di tiang pancang di St Andrews sebagai martir pertama Reformasi Skotlandia.
