Harold Allen Ramis (/ˈreɪmɪs/ RAY-miss; 21 November 1944 – 24 Februari 2014) adalah seorang aktor, komedian, dan pembuat film Amerika. Peran aktingnya dalam film meliputi Egon Spengler dalam Ghostbusters (1984) dan Ghostbusters II (1989), dan sebagai Russell Ziskey di Stripes (1981); dia juga ikut menulis skenario film-film tersebut. Sebagai sutradara, film-filmnya meliputi komedi Caddyshack (1980), National Lampoon's Vacation (1983), Groundhog Day (1993), Analyze This (1999) dan Analyze That (2002). Ramis adalah penulis utama asli dari serial televisi SCTV, di mana dia juga tampil, serta menjadi salah satu penulis Groundhog Day dan National Lampoon's Animal House (1978).
