Beata Anne Catherine Emmerich (bahasa Jerman:Anna Katharina Emmerick; 8 September 1774 – 9 Februari 1824) adalah seorang Reguler Kanon Agustinian Katolik Roma asal Windesheim, mistikus, visioner Maria, ekstatik dan stigmatis.[1] Ia lahir di Flamschen, sebuah wilayah pertanian di Coesfeld, Keuskupan Münster, Westphalia, Jerman, dan wafat di usia 49 tahun di Dülmen, dimana ia menjadi biarawati, dan kemudian menjadi perawat. Emmerich dikenal atas penglihatannya terhadap kehidupan dan kisah sengsara Yesus Kristus, diikuti dengan pertemuannya dengan Bunda Maria dalam keadaan gairah keagamaan.[2]
Pada masa-masanya menjadi perawat, sejumlah tokoh terkenal terinspirasi untuk mengunjunginya.[1] Penyair Clemens Brentano mewawancarainya dalam jangka panjang dan menulis dua buku berdasarkan pada catatannya dari penglihatannya.[3] Keotentikan tulisan-tulisan Brentano telah dipertanyakan dan para kritikus menganggap buku-bukunya "berpadu dengan bumbu-bumbu dari seorang penyair" dan "kepalsuan yang dirangkai bagus" oleh Brentano.[4][5]
Emmerich dibeatifikasi pada 3 Oktober 2004, oleh Paus Yohanes Paulus II.[1] Namun, Vatikan berfokus pada pietas pribadinya sendiri ketimbang tulisan-tulisan keagamaan yang diasosiasikan kepadanya oleh Clemens Brentano. Dokumen-dokumen postulasinya terhadap kanonisasi ditangani oleh Kefrateran Imam Santo Petrus.
